Greg is a senior business advisor and Managing Director of Lecroma Consulting, specialising in strategy, governance, workforce development and regional partnerships. As President of the CRW Regional Business Chamber, Greg brings a strong focus on practical outcomes for members, sound governance and collaboration across business, education and government. He is passionate about strengthening regional capability, creating momentum, and ensuring the Chamber remains relevant, sustainable and member-led.

Nathan is a senior leader with JBS Australia, bringing strong financial acumen, commercial discipline and governance experience to the Chamber. As Treasurer, Nathan is focused on financial sustainability, transparency and ensuring member funds are applied responsibly to support strategic priorities and long-term value for businesses across the region.

John Crothers

John is the owner of CIRCA 1936 and Chief Executive Officer of RCPAQAP, with extensive executive experience across health, diagnostics, governance and regional development. As Company Secretary, John supports the Chamber’s governance, strategy and partnerships, drawing on deep experience in stakeholder engagement, advocacy and program delivery, while maintaining a strong commitment to the region.

Leo is a passionate community advocate with long-standing involvement in local business and civic life. He brings strong local knowledge, practical insight and a deep commitment to the vitality of Corowa and the surrounding region. Leo supports initiatives that build community connection, business collaboration and regional pride.

Karina Dooley

Karina is a trusted strategist and facilitator, known for her collaborative and practical approach. She is the founder of Projectura, a consultancy specialising in community engagement, integrated planning, strategy development, community and social planning, and business improvement. Over the past decade, Karina has led hundreds of projects for government and community-focused organisations, helping shape stronger, more liveable communities across rural and regional Australia. As a Board Member, Karina is focused on creating meaningful connections between business owners and ensuring the Chamber delivers practical value to its members.

Dean Druce

Managing Director, Corowa Distilling Company
Dean is the Managing Director of the Corowa Distilling Company, a nationally recognised whisky and spirits producer based in Corowa. He brings entrepreneurial insight, manufacturing and export experience, and a strong commitment to regional brand building. Dean supports initiatives that strengthen tourism, local manufacturing and destination development.

Melanie Trevethan

Melanie has an extensive background in education, having worked as a teacher and principal, and is now the owner of Sportspower Corowa. She brings valuable insight into leadership, people development and youth engagement. Melanie supports the Chamber’s focus on workforce pathways, skills development and sustainable local businesses.
